Butterscotch

Butterscotch is a sweet senior mare who is settling into care and getting the medical attention she needs before finding her forever home.

She has been wonderful for veterinary handling and has a kind, cooperative nature. While her hooves are currently in poor condition, there are no concerns of founder, and their condition is believed to be the result of previous neglect rather than a chronic health issue.

Butterscotch is currently awaiting two dental extractions. Once her dental work is complete and she has recovered, she is expected to be ready for adoption.
